The Hot Springs Landlord Association meets the third Thursday
of each month at 6:30 PM, at Phil's Restaurant in the Howard Johnson
Motel on the corner of Grand and Central.
There is also a informal lunch the 1st Thursday of each month at
Rod's Pizza, on Central Ave. at 12 noon.

Us" button at the top of the page. Fill out the form and click on
"Submit" and then click on the "Pay Dues" button.
We Have a new drug/nuisance
abatement officer, Shaun Roach, with the Hot Springs Police Dept.
His phone # is 321-2266 and his email is
sroach@cityhs.net. The best
time to reach him is first thing in the morning.
May 15th is our evening
meeting. Doors will open at 5:30 for
dinner, meeting begins at 6:30 at Phil's Restaurant in the
Howard Johnson's, corner of Grand and Central.
Our May 15 meeting
will feature our Lobbyist, Chris Stewart of Brent
Stevenson & Associates.

The Mission Statement of the Association shall be:
The Hot Springs Landlord Association exists to educate landlords and
tenants to be responsible and successful business associates, to
maintain and improve living conditions and property values in the
city of Hot Springs and Garland County, and to encourage and help
implement cooperation between tenants, landlords and government
agencies.
Memo From the President
Thank
you to our members for electing me President of the HSLLA,
your trust and confidence in me is heart warming. As
we go into 2008 it is the hope of all our officers that we
can work together to grow in knowledge, increase the value
of property in Garland County and the City of Hot
Springs, serve our members even better with speakers and
information, continue our war on drug dealers and help our
law enforcement agencies continue their excellent work
fighting crime in our community. Thank you also for
all the local businesses and residents that are supporting
us in our efforts.
