of each month at 6:30 PM.

We have
treat in store for the HSLLA July meeting! The Garland County
sheriff's Department is putting on a program about the SWAT team
to thank us for our support. They're bringing the SWAT truck
and will answer questions as well as enlighten us about what
they do, how they train and anything else you want to know.
While visiting the Sheriff's Department the other day I was told
repeatedly how they were looking forward to our meting and the
Sheriff said he was just in a planning session about the meeting
and was looking forward to being there too. Don't miss this
one, July 15 at Whole Hawg Cafe in the Temperance Hill Plaza.
The meeting starts at 6:30, see you there!
Get ready to
2010. Our theme for 2010 is “” Getting back to basics in
2010”” We are going to have in deep training at each meeting
next year, starting for the beginning of being a landlord to
getting a property ready, advertising, showing the house, taking
applications, processing applications, leases, moving in the
resident, Resident retention, and evections. So get ready its
going to be a great year.

The Hot Springs Landlord Association exists to educate landlords and
tenants to be responsible and successful business associates, to
maintain and improve living conditions and property values in the
city of Hot Springs and Garland County, and to encourage and help
implement cooperation between tenants, landlords and government
agencies.
Memo from the President
First of all I would like to say Thank you to our members for
electing me President of HSLLA. It is my personal mission to exceed
expectations of our members. I am committed to the on going growth
and success of the HSLLA. The Association has a strong Board of
Directors; with their help we will be developing a framework that
will enable us to bring you new and exciting, guest speakers to our
meetings, events throughout the years, and other fun fill
activities, while continuing to fulfill our commitment to the
Mission of the Association. I would like to
say Thank you to all our Members, Vendors, Local Businesses and
Residents for all your efforts in supporting the Association. It is
my vision, for the HSLLA “To be the Best, a Benchmark Organization,
in the city of Hot Springs and
Garland
County in providing
Training, Knowledge, and Networking for Landlords, Property
Managers, Tenants and Government agencies. To inspire all other,
Profit and Non-Profit organizations to perform at there highest
level, and to exceed their Customers needs and expectations.”
